- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside
- In a large bowl stir together granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, oil and eggs until combined. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk, stirring after each addition until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
- For topping, stir together blueberries, pecans, remaining brown sugar, remaining cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over batter in prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 20 minutes. Serve warm.
