Bushs Buffalo Chili Beans Dip

  • 1 - 15.5 oz. can BUSHS Chili Beans, Pinto Beans in a Mild Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Blue cheese dressing

  1. In a small bowl, mix water and starch, set aside.
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat, sauté diced red bell pepper in olive oil until soft (3-5 minutes).
  3. To the sautéed peppers add buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, pinto beans and cornstarch mixture.
  4. Continue to cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and bubbles around the edges of the pan.
  5. Blend in a food processor or using a hand blender.
