Antipasto Kabobs

Pour a glass of wine, sit back, and relax with friends while you enjoy a melody of flavors. We mix a variety of well chosen ingredients to insight your palette with these antipasto kabobs.

  • 6 12" wooden skewers
  • 1 can (14oz) can of quartered marinated artichokes
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jar Kalamata olives
  • 8 oz. shaved prosciutto
  • 1 qt fresh mozzarella
  • 1 loaf of Focaccia, cubed
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, cut into squares
  • 8 oz. salami, sliced

  1. Stack all ingredients alternately on the skewers, and serve with hummus and cantaloupe.
