  • 2 Gala apples, cored and roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch allspice
  • 1 cup ice

  1. Place apples, yogurt, juice, cinnamon, ginger and allspice in blender and blend 1 minute or until smooth. Add ice and blend 30 seconds until smooth. Serve immediately.
