- Sauté onion in 1 T olive oil over medium heat until soft, add garlic and cook for one minute, set aside to cool.
- Thoroughly mix beef, egg, parsley, cilantro, tomato paste, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Form 3-inch long, 1-inch wide kebabs on skewers and grill over medium flame, or bake on a sheet tray at 400° F, until beef reaches an internal temperature of 160° F.
- For sauce, mix Harissa paste, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
