Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. no-salt herb and spice blend
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 4 (6-oz.) catfish fillets
  • 1 lemon, juiced

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil; coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl combine paprika, spice blend, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, white pepper, black pepper, thyme and oregano. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of fillets, pressing to adhere.
  2. Place fillets on baking sheet; drizzle with lemon juice. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
