- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil; coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl combine paprika, spice blend, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, white pepper, black pepper, thyme and oregano. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of fillets, pressing to adhere.
- Place fillets on baking sheet; drizzle with lemon juice. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
