- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Place a cast iron skillet on grill; Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, bell pepper strips and garlic to hot oil; cook and stir 1 minute. Add okra, thyme and broth; toss lightly to mix.
- Heat until broth is steaming. Cover and cook 10 minutes . Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
