Cast-Iron Supreme Pizza

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb. Frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 3/4 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese Expertly Paired for Pizza
  • 12 slices Sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Cooked crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup each Chopped green peppers and onions

  1. Heat oven to 500°F.
  2. Brush 1 Tbsp. oil onto bottom and up side of 12-inch cast-iron skillet.
  3. Pat dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured work surface. Lightly press dough onto bottom and up side of skillet. Spread pizza sauce onto dough on bottom of skillet; top with remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Brush edge of crust with remaining oil. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.
