Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry oats
  • 1 1/4 cups Cheerios plus Ancient Grains cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup quinoa, washed and drained
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Spread out the mixture on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 300°F or until the granola is golden and crunchy.
