Ingredients

  • 4 Cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3 oz. 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3/4 Cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup corn flakes
  • 1/4 Cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Microwave cauliflower in 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable ovenproof casserole on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.
  5. Substitute: 
Substitute broccoli florets for the cauliflower florets.
  6. Make Ahead: 
Casserole can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 30 min. before baking as directed.
