Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, drained
  • 1 (15-oz.) can chili beans, undrained
  • 1 (10.75-oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • Tortilla chips for serving

  1. In a large Dutch oven cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned; drain fat. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, stirring frequently just until melted. Add tomatoes, beans and soup; cook and stir until heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
