- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine bread cubes, evaporated milk and 3/4 cup water. Stir in eggs; mix well. Add apples, raisins, sugar, vanilla and butter; mix well. Stir in pecans, if desired. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and (if desired) drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve warm.
