- In a large sauce pan brown the beef and pork and drain away excess liquid.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook until soft. Add the tomato sauce, beer, water, chili powder, bouillon, cumin, paprika, oregano, sugar, and coriander.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and with a lid simmer for 2 hours.
