- In a small bowl combine cucumber, tomatoes, chopped dill, onion and garlic pepper; mix well.
- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Brush baguette slices with oil; place on grill. Grill until bread is lightly marked on both sides.
- Spread each baguette slice with herb cheese. Top evenly with cucumber mixture. Top with dill sprigs, and serve.
