Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz. Deans Country Fresh 4% Cottage cheese
  • 1 cup 2% Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh red raspberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl stir together cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl and using an electric mixer, blend together cottage cheese, yogurt, flour, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed until smooth and combined.
  3. Pour mixture over crust and bake 60 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
