- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl stir together cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl and using an electric mixer, blend together cottage cheese, yogurt, flour, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed until smooth and combined.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake 60 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
