Ingredients

  • 1 purchased Italian pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high indirect heat. Spread pizza crust with sauce. Top with mushrooms, tomatoes, yellow pepper, garlic, basil and cheese.
  2. Grill 10 to 12 minutes or until pizza is crisp and cheese is melted.
