Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cored, whole
  • 1 jalapeño, halved and seeded*
  • 1 medium onion, cut into slices 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Tortilla chips

  1. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Place kiwis, tomatoes, jalapeño and onion on grill. Grill 5 minutes or until softened.
  2. Remove from grill. Place in a food processor or blender; pulse until slightly blended. Add cilantro, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste; pulse to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
