Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 6 nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp. honey

  1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). For raspberry sauce, in a medium saucepan melt jam over low heat; stir in lime juice. Remove from heat.
  2. Add raspberries, stirring gently to combine. Remove from heat and pour berry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon. Discard solids. Set sauce aside.
  3. Brush nectarines with honey and place on grill. Grill until lightly charred and tender, about 8 minutes, turning halfway through grilling. Serve with raspberry sauce.
