- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Remove stems (if any) from mushrooms, and scrape gills with a spoon.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the cheese, 1 teaspoon of the green onion and 1 teaspoon of the bell pepper into each mushroom cap. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place mushroom caps on grill; fill each cap with egg substitute. Grill, covered, 25 minutes or until egg is set. Serve immediately.
