- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to low.
- Heat butter, oil and garlic in small saucepan over medium-low heat until butter melts, about 3 minutes.
- Grill tomatoes and bread 3 to 5 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat and brush bread with butter mixture; arrange tomato slices on bread and sprinkle with cheese and rosemary. Return to grill 2 minutes more or until cheese melts. Slice and serve.
