Grilled Wedge Salad


  • 1 Head of Lettuce
  • To Taste Salad toppings of choice (bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, shredded cheese, onions)
  • To Taste Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing


  1. Cut a head of iceberg lettuce into fourths.
  2. Brush on olive oil, salt and pepper of the wedges.
  3. Place on the grill on medium heat on each side for 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill, add toppings and dressing
