Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup peanut butter (melted)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mash banana with a fork.
  3. Mix oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and mashed banana into a bowl.
  4. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  5. Scoop out a spoonful of batter and place on the parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
