- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine beef, oats, onion, 1?4 cup of the ketchup, carrot, garlic, parsley, egg whites, salt and pepper; mix well. Transfer to baking pan and shape into an 8x5-inch loaf. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup on the top of the loaf.
- Bake 45 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160°F. Remove from oven; cover loosely with foil and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
