- In a small bowl combine marinade blend, lemon pepper, thyme and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Rub steak with oil. Place in a resealable plastic bag; add marinade mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Preheat broiler. Place steak on broiler pan rack. Broil 6 inches from heat 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
