- In a 13x9x2-inch baking pan combine flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika and steak seasoning. Place eggs in a shallow bowl; set aside. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl; set aside.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat to 375°F. Working in batches, add chicken to skillet, cook 5 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink (165°F), turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Dip chicken in flour mixture to coat, shaking off any excess, then in egg. Roll chicken in bread crumbs; toss until evenly coated.
