Ingredients

  • 2 slices pastrami (about 5 oz.)
  • 2 slices turkey breast (about 5 oz.)
  • 2 slices smoked ham (about 5 oz.)
  • 3/4 cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese or cream cheese, divided
  • 12 snow pea pods, trimmed and cut into 1-inch sections
  • 2 small red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares

  1. Pat meat dry with paper towels. Spread each pastrami slice with 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Top with turkey; spread each with 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Top with ham; spread with 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
  2. Cut stacks into 1-inch squares. Top each square with 1 snow pea section. Insert wooden pick through each stack, then through 1 pepper piece, creating stacks with red pepper on the bottom, meat stack in center and snow pea on top.
