- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place flatbreads on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender and golden. Add garlic; cook and stir several minutes or just until garlic is golden.
- Top the flatbreads evenly with cheese and cooked mushrooms. Sprinkle with cumin and green onions. Return pan to oven. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
