Ingredients

  • 2 whole-wheat flatbreads
  • 4 cups sliced mixed mushrooms (such as portobello, shiitake, baby bella and white)
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place flatbreads on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender and golden. Add garlic; cook and stir several minutes or just until garlic is golden.
  3. Top the flatbreads evenly with cheese and cooked mushrooms. Sprinkle with cumin and green onions. Return pan to oven. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
