Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 large apple (such as Braeburn or Granny Smith), cored, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 3 oranges, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 (6-oz.) container nonfat orange yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces

  1. In a medium bowl combine pineapple, apple, celery and orange sections.
  2. In another bowl stir together yogurt and honey.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit; toss gently to coat. Top with walnuts, and serve.
