These kid friendly sushi snacks are made from kid's favorites. They are fun and new way to snack or lunch.

- With a rolling pin roll the bread slices flat, and apply evenly the peanut butter and jelly. Arrange the apple match sticks horizontally across the middle of the slices.
- Roll the bottom of the bread up and over the apples enclosing the apple into the roll. Cut with a sharp knife into bite size pieces.
- For a twist, try these fun substitutions :
- Pineapple and Nutella! - Nutella for PBJ and use pineapple instead of apples.
- Ants IN a log: Peanut Butter, raisins and celery. With a rolling pin, roll the bread slices flat , and apply evenly the peanut butter. Arrange the celery sticks horizontally across the middle of the bread. Next to arrange raisins, and roll the bottom of the bread up and over the celery and raisins enclosing the ingredients inside the roll. Cut with a sharp knife into bite size pieces.
