- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool completely; drain again.
- In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, cheeses, pepperoni, tomato, bell peppers and onion.
- In a small bowl whisk together bottled salad dressing and dry salad dressing mix until combined. Drizzle over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover salad and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Toss once more before serving.
