1/2 cup Full Circle almond butter (Sunbutter for nut-free option)
Fresh or dried fruit of choice, optional
Our Family honey or Full Circle maple syrup, optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a baking sheet, invite kids to help lightly drizzle and then brush each side of the sweet potato slices with the oil and gently sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the sweet potato slices.
Bake for about 12 minutes; turn and then bake for another 10-12 minutes, until turning golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
On each slice of sweet potato, invite kids to add about a teaspoon or two of almond butter and top with fruit or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, if desired. Serve. Refrigerate any uneaten portion and discard after 4 days.
