- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste. Add chops to skillet; cook, turning several times to brown evenly.
- Add broth, salsa verde, oregano and garlic to skillet. Stir to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 30 minutes.
- Add nopalitos; cook 10 minutes more or until pork is cooked through (170°F) and tender.
