- Mix together cayenne pepper and chili powder in a zip bag and add the fish loin and shake to coat.
- Thinly slice the pepper and onion, and jalapeno.
- Grill the cod until fully cooked.
- Arrange fish onto the tortilla with peppers and onions and garnish with lime juice and a cilantro sprig.
