- For guacamole, mash avocados in bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the lime juice, cilantro, 1 tablespoon salsa, and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
- In separate bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups salsa, shrimp and remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice.
- Place tortilla scoops on serving platter. Fill each scoop with 1 teaspoon shrimp mixture. Top each scoop with guacamole and sour cream.
