Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. deli smoked chicken breast, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 4 cups packaged spring greens salad blend
  • 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  1. Cut chicken into julienne strips.
  2. In a large bowl combine chicken, salad greens, almonds and green onions. Add dressing; toss. Top with raspberries, and serve.
