Wheat-Free / Gluten-Free
- In a small bowl combine chili powder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and pepper. Rub meat with seasoning mixture, and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove meat from bag and place on broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat source 6 minutes. Turn and broil 4 to 5 minutes more (145°F for medium-rare) or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
