Spinach, Artichoke, and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This go-to party dip always leaves a clean serving bowl at the table. You may want to make extra!

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (14oz) roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1 lbs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 oz fresh Parmesan cheese, grated and divided (about 1/4 cup)


  1. Heat oven to 350º F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well, except the parmesan.
  3. Transfer into a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and bake for 30 minutes.
