St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Smoothie

A spring tune-up for your green smoothie. For a healthier St. Patrick's Day, take a detour from the drive-through into the produce department to whip up your own healthy Shamrock Smoothie.

  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 peeled Orange
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oi
  • 1 cup Dark, leafy greens
  • 1/2 cup Mint, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp Oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1/8 cup Sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp Semi-Sweet chocolate chips


  1. Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chocolate chips in at the end, and blend for one to two seconds for an added crunch.
