- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). In a large bowl combine potatoes, oil, garlic, thyme, peppercorns and salt; toss well to coat.
- Place potatoes in a grill basket or on a sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place on grill. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, turning once or twice. Remove from grill, and serve.
