Ingredients

  • 2 Yukon gold potatoes (about 8 oz. each), cut lengthwise into 6 wedges
  • 2 small sweet potatoes (about 8 oz. each), peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. crushed mixed peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt

  1. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). In a large bowl combine potatoes, oil, garlic, thyme, peppercorns and salt; toss well to coat.
  2. Place potatoes in a grill basket or on a sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place on grill. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, turning once or twice. Remove from grill, and serve.
