Enjoy the taste of Baja California with Tacos de pescado or "Fish Tacos" as we know and love them!
- Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside
- Prepare tilapia according to package directions.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warmed tortillas covered.
- With fork, break fish into bite-sized pieces. Place in center of tortillas.
- Top with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and avocado, if desired. Fold tortilla over filling; serve immediately or cover to keep warm.
