- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fillets in a medium glass baking dish. Rub fillets with 2 tablespoons lime juice, garlic, and pepper to taste. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, for the salsa, in a medium bowl combine pomegranate seeds, mango, cilantro, onion, 1?4 cup lime juice, and hot sauce; mix well.
- Remove fillets from oven. Spoon salsa evenly on fillets, and serve.
