- Combine marinade, green onion, cilantro and garlic (if desired), and ginger in large resealable plastic bag. Add beef, mushrooms, bell pepper and potato. Seal bag; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, up to 8 hours.
- Preheat broiler. Remove beef and vegetables from marinade; cut beef into 30 cubes. Thread 1 beef cube, mushroom half, potato piece and pepper piece onto each skewer. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once or twice.
