- Heat oil in a large skillet sauté. Add asparagus and red bell pepper, cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Add carrots; cook 1 minute. Stir in Alfredo sauce and turkey; cook, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Spoon over linguine. Top with Parmesan and parsley, and serve immediately.
