- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Season with salt to taste, and place pot over high heat. Bring to boiling; cook 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pot to dry slightly.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until softened. Add turkey; cook and stir until no longer pink. Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes. Add broth and Worcestershire; cook until heated through. Remove skillet from heat.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mash potatoes in the pot. Add butter, cream and Parmesan; stir just until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon turkey mixture evenly into a large baking dish. Spoon potatoes evenly on top, and spread with a fork to create peaks. Place baking dish in oven. Bake 30 minutes or until potato peaks are browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
