- In a large bowl combine turkey, flax meal, onion, ginger and egg white; mix well. Shape into 12 meatballs.
- In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add meatballs; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F, turning frequently. Transfer meatballs to a plate; cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
- Return skillet to medium heat. Add snow peas, edamame and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in soy sauce. Return meatballs to skillet; stir to combine.
- Place cabbage on a serving platter. Spoon meatballs on cabbage, and serve.
